The account details of a user in Research Drive or their individual memberships can be changed in the Research Drive dashboard.
To display the current details and make changes, click on the specific username in the 'User accounts' tab.

Account details

The following properties can be changed for a user:

  • Display name
  • Email address
  • Account status
  • Service Membership
  • Personal storage quota (Coming soon. Not yet available.)

Project Membership

At the "Project membership" table, you're able to see from which users and project folders this user receives a share within Research Drive.

Contractdetails

All personal accounts are linked to a contract. For administrative reasons it can be useful to convert an account from contract, so that the user becomes visible to a contract admin.
A contract admin only sees the personal accounts, linked to the contract of which this admin is. Only a contract admin and dashboard admin are able to switch an account from contract.

Requirements for being able to link the project to another contract;


  


A user who is invited will be associated with the same contract as the person who invited him


Storage

We do not recommend the use of a personal quota. See here for more information.

Services

The service membership can be adjusted at the bottom of the user settings window.

All already linked services will be displayed there, which can be adjusted via the "Edit" button.
