To be able to see your service(s) within the dashboard, you need to be member of the right team.

  • If you haven't read the SURFconext Teams documentation please do so first. This will help in understanding the part below.
  • We assume that if you do not have a home institution, at this stage you've registered a Onegini account. If you haven't, please do so first.

Become member

Invitation by mail

The SURFconext team will create a team for your service, and send an invite by mail to join the team.

Login to SURFconext Teams

In order to join the team, you have to login to the SURFconext Teams application

 

Accept the invitation

When logged in, accept the invitation by pressing 'Accept'.

Invite your colleagues

You might want to consider adding a colleague to the team and make them admin as well. In that way, when you’re unable to take action or leave the company, the colleague can take over. Invite them via SURFconext Teams (admins only). If you don't know who's admin of the team, please ask at support@surfconext.nl

  1. Go to teams.surfconext.nl
  2. Login by choosing your Identity Provider
  3. Go to the team and press 'invite'.
  4. Fil in the required fields and press 'invite members'
