Conditions
An Identity Provider should be a member of SURFnet. Do you want to know if your institution is already connected? View the list of connected Identity Providers. In addition, an institution should sign a contract for the use of SURFconext.
Technical connection
The institution should have a system that supports the exchange of information about users and their attributes. Generally this will be realized by an interface which is connected to the central identity management system. Read the documentation about how to implement such an interface and the required attributes.
Permission for the use of Services
After an Identity Providers gives permission to make a service available for its users, the SURFconext team will switch this particular service on. Please contact the SURFconext team for more information. Contact
