Legend

Category: Categorises the standards for reference.

Standard: Provides the official name of the standard. (to work with a standard, often additional information as to be given to create an interoperable infrastructure. These decisions and agreements are community specific and put in Application Profiles.)

Community: The Netherlands has two Higher Education communities

WO = Universities (Academic Science)
HBO = Universities of Applied Science

Profile (in HTML, dynamic): The items in this column are the WIKI pages of Application Profiles used in the SURFshare community to build the infrastructure. The WIKI pages are dynamic and can change, updated and improved over time.

Current community agreed version (in PDF, stable): At a certain point in time a community agrees to implement the new changes. To refer back to that point in time a PDF version of the Application Profile WIKI page is made and given a version number. The community commits to implement this version of that Application Profile. The items in this column are the versions of that application profile the communities have agreed to implement.
