• Heb je een vraag over het inloggen, aanmaken, uitgeven of beheren van edubadges stuur dan je vraag naar support@edubadges.nl. Je kan ook direct een 1 op 1 meeting inplannen. 

  • Heb je een vraag over het toepassen (onderwijskundig) of initiatieven van edubadges binnen je instelling, stel je vraag dan aan je edubadgesinstellings-admin. Weet je niet wie dit is? Check bij  support@edubadges.nl. 

  • Is je instelling nog niet aangesloten of weet je niet zeker of je instelling is aangesloten stuur een e-mail naar  support@edubadges.nl. De supportdesk kan je vertellen of je instelling al edubadges uitgeeft en wie je edubadgesinstellings-admin is. Het online stappenplan 'Starten met edubadges' geeft je informatie over het implementeren van edubadges.   • If you have a question about the application (educational) or initiatives of edubadges within your institution, ask your question to your edubadges-institution-admin. Don't know who this is? Check at support@edubadges.nl. 

  • If your institution is not yet connected or you are not sure if your institution is connected please send an email to support@edubadges.nl. The support desk can tell you whether your institution already issues edubadges and who the  edubadges institution-admin is.
