Research Drive release method

  • Technical enrollment procedure changed (backend).

ownCloud version 10.12.2

  • ownCloud federated groups -> An ownCloud app is built called federated groups, which can manage groups with local and federated users. In the coming release, the required code will be added to start enabling user testing pilots via SRAM. The full functionality of adding federated users to groups will not yet be available via ownCloud interface.
  • Project folder trashbin. Data that is removed from the project folder will also end up in the project folder trashbin retrievable by the project folder owner.
  • Add RDS plugin to ownCloud to make user testing pilots easier (it will be turned off by default)
  • Fix the issue in DrawIO files to export to PDF
  • The issue in ownCloud Federated Collaborative Editing is fixed
  • Fix the login issue for Shibboleth user names with special characters
  • Highlighting the file when sharing via a private link

    This is the mapping we use to report back the usage to SURF accounting system and is only meant for SURF internal administration.
    As a dashboard admin of an institutional instances or contract administrator at community instance you may notice this name change.
    This change is meant to improve the internal administration at SURF and is not affecting your instance/project.
