Commercial vendors

If you offer commercial services and/or you are not a SURFnet member and not connected to SURFconext as an Identity Provider, you must send a mail to support@surfconext.nl to start the contractual part. SURFnet will do an intake and bring you in contact with SURFmarket.

SURFnet members

For SURFnet members offering their service for free, the procedure is as follows:

  1. Check if there is a relevant SURFconext contract.
    If you are registered as a SURFconext Identity Provider, you can assume this is done. In case of doubt, contact us.
  2. Adhere to the SURFconext Privacy Policy.
    See article 6b of the SURFconext-addendum.
  3. Inform the person in your organization responsible for SURFconext that you are going to connect a service to SURFconext. Legally he will be responsible. SURFnet needs explicit consent before your service can be connected.
